HOUSE WASHING IN CAMDEN, TN

My brother, a real estate agent, had a client in Camden, TN, who was preparing to sell their home. They were in need of Pressure washing and Soft washing. They wanted the house washed, the concrete pressure washed, and the deck cleaned to freshen up the property before listing it. Thankfully, my brother recommended me for the job!

When I arrived, I walked the property to assess the situation and plan my approach. As part of my process, I began by protecting the property, covering all electrical outlets with waterproof tape to prevent water and cleaning solution from getting inside.

I started by pre-treating the concrete and deck, allowing the solution to sit and break down dirt and mold for a deeper clean. While it worked its magic on the deck and concrete, I moved on to washing the house. I wet one side at a time and applied an algae-killing solution, diluted to the right strength. This solution targets mold, clings to dirt, and removes cobwebs. After letting it sit for 10-15 minutes, I used a soft wash technique to rinse away the grime, leaving the surfaces bright, clean, and sanitized.

Once the house was sparkling clean, I turned my attention to the deck and concrete. By now, the pre-treatment had done its job. I used the pressure wand to carefully clean each deck board, watching the embedded dirt wash away. Then, with a surface cleaner, I swiftly tackled the concrete. Finally, I post-treated the concrete to ensure it stayed clean for a long time.
